New Features

Built-in ribbon designer — Each award now has a full ribbon designer on the admin Awards page. Choose from ten patterns: Solid, Two-Stripe, Three-Stripe, Center Band, Edge Bands, Diagonal, Gradient, Thin Stripes, Quarters, and Side Stripe.
Custom colour picker — Ribbons support up to three colours, each with an HSV colour wheel, saturation/value square, hex input, and a curated preset palette (Military, Navy & Steel, Tactical Red, Command Gold, Neutral, Accent).
Custom image ribbons — Switch any award to "Custom Image" mode to upload a full ribbon image instead of using the CSS-generated design. The uploaded image fills the ribbon bar completely, replacing the colour designer.

ORBAT hub access — Detachment hubs are now accessible directly from the ORBAT view. Admins can open and edit individual detachment hubs without leaving the unit's order of battle.

Global display name priority — Display name is now the primary identifier shown for members across the entire platform. Username is used as the fallback when no display name is set.
@username sub-label — A muted @username label now appears beneath display names throughout rosters, queues, management pages, and transfer views, making it easy to identify a member's account handle at a glance.
Callsign as supplementary — Callsigns are now consistently shown as a secondary label in quotes (e.g. "Wyvern") and never used as a primary or fallback identifier.
Navigation bar — The top navigation bar now shows your display name instead of your username.
Search results — Member search results now show @username as the subtitle beneath the display name.
Forum posts — Post author names now display the author's display name rather than their username handle.

Profile name header logic has been simplified. The display name and username are always shown as the primary identifier. Callsign is now always shown as a supplementary label beneath the name rather than as a replacement for it.

Units that fall into arrears are now downgraded to the Free tier instead of being suspended. Members retain read access while the unit resolves billing.

Callsign display priority — Callsign no longer overrides the display name as the primary heading on a member's profile. It is always shown as an additional label.
Golden profile background — The gold background that appeared on non-gold profiles under certain theme combinations has been corrected.

Internal notes visibility — Internal notes on disciplinary records are now correctly restricted to officers and are no longer visible to the subject of the action.

Instructor submission access — Members assigned as qualification instructors can now submit results for the qualifications they instruct, without requiring officer-level access.

Service account filtering — The internal GumpAdmin service account is now excluded from member counts, analytics, tier cap calculations, and all member-facing dropdowns and pickers across the platform.
One unit per member enforcement — The platform now prevents a member from holding an active membership in more than one unit simultaneously, enforced at both the database and application layer.

A comprehensive sweep of Critical and High severity issues has been applied across the platform, covering session handling, input validation, access control checks, and file upload restrictions.
