New enlistment applications are automatically declined with a clean explanation. Existing members are unaffected. Upgrade at any time to increase the cap.
Yes — you can change plans at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Modules that exceed your new tier become inaccessible but no data is deleted.
A one-time lifetime payment for permanent access to the full platform at the highest tier — unlimited members, all 20 modules, custom domain, and early access to future features like the API and Discord Bot. Spots are strictly limited.
On Tier 3 and above you can point your own domain (e.g. units.yourgaming.com) at your GUMP instance. Your default subdomain remains active as a permanent fallback.
Yes. Your data is always yours. Backups can be downloaded at any time from the admin dashboard regardless of tier. Cancelling does not trigger data deletion.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. After that your instance moves to free tier limits — the modules above your new tier become inaccessible but all data is preserved.
